The shipping fee to any location in the Continental US is included in the price of the item. Most companies do not show the shipping charge until you are in the final stage of checking out and have entered your delivery location. With us, you know exactly what your payment totals will be right from the start.
Depending on the weight, we ship by UPS, Priority, or First-Class Mail. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii must pay an additional shipping surcharge because of the distance. You can go ahead and order through the system. We will email you a PayPal money request for the additional amount.
Once payment is made, we will process your order. If you decide not to proceed with the order, we will promptly refund the money paid on your order.
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for an exchange. The product must be sent back the same way you received it.
The purchaser must pay for the return shipping, and the item must be repacked using the original packing material. It must also be in a resalable condition. Moreover, the item must include any original box or packaging.
Once the item is returned, we will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping. If the item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us for instructions.
Please retain all the original packing materials and the shipping box, especially if it shows damage. It would be a good idea to take a photo of the damaged box and product. If a claim is made, the shipping carrier would need to see the evidence.
